From whom does GenIX collect personal data?
GenIX collects personal data from customers, suppliers, professional advisers, their employees, and all with whom GenIX has an existing, or prospective, business relationship (“Business Partners”) and used only in such a manner as to manage and maintain such relationship, including interaction with related Business Partners.
Who is the controller?
In relation to such personal data GenIX acts as the controller and collects and processes such data on the grounds of its legitimate interest of managing the relationship with Business Partners.
What personal data does GenIX collect?
The personal data consists of any or all of the following:
Name, Address, Email, Phone numbers, as well as communications records. (e.g., Tickets)
How does GenIX collect personal data?
The personal data is collected during our engagement with a Business Partner by any combination of email, phone, meetings, and from potential customers through any enquiry submitted via GenIX’s website.
How does GenIX use the personal data?
The personal data is exclusively used for the management of the relationship with the Business Partner and, in the case of an existing, or prospective customer, for the promotion of services provided directly by GenIX that are relevant to the Business Partner. Any personal data is never used for automated decision taking (including profiling).

Our vendors and/or suppliers of services who need to have that data in order to be able to provide their services to our customers. Such as ordering equipment on your behalf.
Internal only and stored via secure CRM software.
Does GenIX transfer personal data outside the Country?
No personal data is transferred outside of the US in relation to prospective and existing customers.
How long does GenIX retain the personal data?
Personal data is retained for the duration of the relationship with the Business Partner and for a period of up to 7 years from the end of such relationship.
What rights do Business Partners have in relation to their personal data?
Business Partners have, in relation to their personal data, the following rights:
right of access, right to rectification, restriction of processing, erasure (“right to be deleted”), data portability, object to processing, and not to be subject of automated individual decision making technology.
